We will call your insurance agent and the claims agent for you. We will offer you fresh coffee or a cold soda while you wait for a vehicle rental that we will arrange for you. We will schedule in your vehicle and we will call you every several days to let you know how the repair is progressing. When we are finished, we will deliver the vehicle to you repaired to its pre-accident condition. And, we back-up our workmanship with a guarantee.
