Cookie & Storage Policy

This policy explains the cookies, browser storage and related tracking technologies used by ibsportal.com.

1. What the current site uses

The current build does not include an active third-party advertising or analytics pixel. A clearly marked placeholder exists on the thank-you page so a pixel can be added later, but it must not be activated without first updating this policy and the consent implementation where required.

2. Advertising click identifiers

An advertising link may include identifiers such as clickid, msclkid or similar campaign parameters in the page URL. IBS Portal only forwards these identifiers to its thank-you conversion endpoint after you choose Accept optional tracking. If you reject optional tracking, the destination-store redirect still works without passing those identifiers into the IBS Portal conversion log.

3. Why we ask for a choice

UK privacy rules apply not only to traditional cookies but also to other technologies used to store or access information on a device and to online tracking. Optional advertising measurement therefore remains disabled until an affirmative choice is made.

4. Change your choice

Select Privacy choices to reopen the banner. You can also clear site data through your browser. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from reading the site or opening the app-store links.

5. External websites

App Store, Google Play, AlfredCamera and other external destinations may set their own cookies or use other storage/tracking technologies after you leave IBS Portal. Their own policies apply.

6. Future pixels or analytics

If IBS Portal later adds a conversion pixel, analytics tag or another non-essential tracking technology, it should be documented here with its provider, purpose and duration, and should only load in accordance with the visitor’s applicable consent choice.
