Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms govern use of ibsportal.com. They govern IBS Portal’s website only and are separate from AlfredCamera’s Terms of Service and the terms of Apple, Google or any other external provider.
1. Informational and advertising content
IBS Portal provides general product information and sponsored/advertorial content for a UK audience. The website may contain commercial links to third-party services.
2. No affiliation with the app provider
IBS Portal does not develop, own or operate AlfredCamera. AlfredCamera is operated by Alfred Systems Inc. References to AlfredCamera are for product-information purposes. No statement on this website should be read as an endorsement by Alfred Systems Inc., Apple or Google.
3. Product information
We aim to summarise published product information accurately. However, software features, compatibility, download figures, ratings, subscriptions, prices and availability can change. The current information published by AlfredCamera and the relevant app store takes priority over this guide.
4. Installation and use
You are responsible for checking device compatibility, app-store requirements, permissions, subscription terms and whether your intended monitoring use is lawful and appropriate. Camera use can affect the privacy of household members, visitors, employees or others; you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, employment, surveillance and other laws.
5. External links and transactions
When you follow an external link, you leave IBS Portal. We do not control the external service, its security, availability, data processing, subscriptions, purchases, refunds or support. Any relationship or transaction is between you and the relevant third-party provider.
6. Intellectual property
The IBS Portal design and original website text are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this website transfers rights in third-party marks.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that materially disrupts service, or use the site for unlawful activity.
8. Availability and liability
We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of third-party product information will remain current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to mandatory law, IBS Portal is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, app-store decisions, device incompatibility or your use of an external product.
9. Privacy
Our handling of website data is explained in the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the website or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
11. Law and jurisdiction
For UK users, these terms are intended to operate subject to applicable UK consumer and data-protection law. Nothing in them removes mandatory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
